What does the property management firm (GTPM) do?
GTPM manages the business and operations of the Teton Springs Homeowners Association, including the Mountain Meadows and Cabin Associations. This includes providing financial and administrative services, managing maintenance contractors, and implementing the neighborhood guidelines, covenants, and regulations. Learn More About Us
What does the DRC do?
The Development Review Committee implements the Development Guidelines, which govern the review and approval of construction and renovation projects in Teton Springs. The Development Review Committee reports to the HOA’s board of directors and works closely with property owners, architects, and builders during construction and renovation projects. Who are the HOA board members & how can I reach them?
You may contact the HOA board members by reaching out to GTPM. Also, you may directly interact with HOA board members during the regularly scheduled HOA board meetings. See the Members
What does the HOA Master Board do?
The Board manages the affairs of the Teton Springs Master Association, including maintenance, repair, replacement, administration, and operations of the neighborhood common areas. The board also serves as the body for appeals from DRC decisions and notices of neighborhood regulation violations. How are decisions made?
Most decisions are made by majority vote by the HOA Master board. Some notable exceptions require approval by the community, including annual budgets and amendments to some neighborhood governance documents.
